Fees

GEECT member* – €350 

CILECT member from other regions (CARA, CAPA, CIBA or CAN)* - €450
(there may be a possibility of a fee waiver – contact San Semerdjiev at executive.director@cilec.org; these places are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis)

FULL DELEGATE* (non-member and additional delegate from Member Schools) – €600

ONLINE Participant - €50

*price includes accommodation 17.11 – 20.11 and full-board, transportation from and to the airport

Payment

Payment should be made by bank transfer based on received invoice.

Payment must be received in full prior to the start date of the conference.

Cancellation
policy

A refund can be offered minus a 25% administration fee for cancellations received prior to 10.11.2021. No refund can be made for cancellations after 10.11.2021.

Booking terms and conditions

· All details are correct at the time of print, but are subject to variation without notice.

· In case the conference is cancelled due to pandemic restrictions, organizers will offer full refund.

· In case the conference is held online due to pandemic restrictions, organizers will offer lower fee of €50.

· Lodz Film School will not be liable for circumstances beyond their control which lead to the cancellation or variation of the program.
